ACCEPTional will provide training for people with intellectual disabilities with the goal of establishing meaningful employment.
We want to ensure the ACCEPTional people who go through our program are provided opportunities, not out of pity, not to promote affirmative action, but because these people are skilled, capable, talented and eager to contribute.
When more people contribute, and when more people are engaged and active, we all win.
ACCEPTional will work through a social enterprise model, creating opportunities that will provide services to the community, while also providing training opportunities for the program participants.
